Travel to the rugged coast of Cornwall to meet sixteen-year-old Finn Penrose. Finn has spent his summers at Godrevy Lighthouse with his grandfather, Jory, a man whose life has been a "promise" and a "commitment" to keeping light in the darkness. But as Finn stands at the threshold of his own future, he feels the crushing weight of the Nine of Wands—the exhaustion of defending a position that doesn’t quite fit him.
